THE CLIENT WHO SPOILED ME      Ian's house was going up for sale in four days but he worked like crazy to follow through on my suggestions. Before I met Ian, his home was in picture perfect shape after he'd done a phenomenal job of renovating - new wood flooring, painting, the works! However, after you live in a house awhile, you can miss some little details that make the finishing touches complete.
